Not really it doesn't have that many trills in it. Much less one handed semi off beat ones like this one does.

So I can finally jack and read well, but that trill and 32nd roll just after the stream is messing my PA so much... Clearly it inflated my good count by 10+

To resolve lag...

• Try closing other programs.
  
• Try turning down the quality (click the Q in the top left corner of the FFR main menu a few times, as soon as the engine loads)
  
• Try downgrading to Flash 9 (or use Internet Explorer, if you haven't updated to Flash 10 on it) (link, the "Netscape" link also works for Firefox)
  
• There's some way of using an "offline engine"... a "flash debugger tool" that should play without lag... but I've never used it, so I don't know how to direct you to it. (I think it's on Adobe's website somewhere. Someone else on DF directed me to it. Help, guys?) The above tips have been good enough for me.

(link) I forget the stepartist... and the pack is "EX Songs", which I just think means "extended", so that doesn't help. Will edit with details if I bother to find out.
