I had pushed the offset forward because it initially felt really late. I'll ask what others think about it and if everyone agrees, then I will adjust the offset again.

Fun file. Awkward as hell though especially arrows 700 to the end. Maybe that’s just me though. Fun to index, but kind of an irritating song with how high pitched it is. But you can’t fix that. =)
It seems off beat spread but index I thought it was fine. So I think it's off by a few mili seconds if it's off at all.
