| ok so i was wondering how the different player of FFR warm-up before and/or while playing FFR. I've heard washing your hands before you play, excercising, play some 10s+, start with playing low level songs, etc etc. So how do you warm-up and(or) why do you think this is a good method of warming up?
I warm up by: 1.doing some chores
Why?: 2. It gets my blood flowing(or aderline(spelled wrong))

| When I still played FFR, I searched for songs that I hadn't played in a while. I got like 50% of my AAAs on the first attempt. | |

| I don't really have a set method, I usually just play a couple of games and then I'm good to go. | |

| I play several jack/vibrating songs on Stepmania to the point where I'm sweating in order to get my arms pumped and ready for playing difficult songs. | |

| Lately I've been running my hands under searing hot water and playing a step mania file or two. | |

| Warming up? lol
FFR is a sport now hmm? I remember a while back people were suggesting FINGER WEIGHTS to increase finger stamina and improve their button pressing. Holy cow, it's just a game.

| Music isn't a sport either but you still need to warm up before playing an instrument. | |

| Missing the point. Music is something I can take seriously enough for warming up, which should be regular practice, but it's not as easy to take warm-ups for a finger game seriously. | |
