Guitar Hero Scores

I got bored and started playing GH again. I probably won't be playing FFR for a while.

I haven't played GH2 in over 5 months, mostly because my CD is basically broken. It will load about a tenth of the songs and midway through songs, they will get out of sync. SOMEHOw this magically was fixed for the first song I tried -- Free Bird.

Same here. I cannot get over 92%, no matter how hard I try.

I suck at Guitar Hero. Those round notes fuck me up x.x That and I feel they over note some files. (DRAGONFORCE) I mean they make you do the synth parts... Those aren't guitar parts.

TTFATF is somewhat over noted. All the freaking 32nd slides are ridiculous in trying to hit them. That and the last minute of the song. I wish I could edit it to make it feel right. The intro to it is done one a synthesizer sped up (lame). The only thing is that if they didn't note the synth parts, people would be complaining.



EDIT: I'm starting to like the idea of a Guitar Hero tournament/battle Maybe?

92% notes hit, or 92% of the way through? I made it to the chord of freedom (end of the solos) three times, but never to the final chorus. 80 + a few percent.
Couldn't beat Jordan, either.

92% notes hit. Some on the phrases in it are inhuman (hence the album name of Dragonforce's album was Inhuman Rampage). I've beat it multiple times. Highest score I got on it is like 560k. I BARELY passed Jordan. I nearly failed the finger nubbing solo. Passed it with a 72% note hit lol. I have yet to pass it again. It would help if my GH2 would work correctly as well. Most of the time it won't play the example track and then it won't load the song at all. Free Bird luckily still works, though some times it gets out of sync.

I beat TTFAF not long ago. I manage to pull a 85% out of my ass.

I'm going to try for 100% (I'll be satisfied with 99%) on Free Bird this weekend. 96% is 76 notes missed (kind a sucks).

I only have rock band 1 and 2, and GH Metallica. I <3 Metallica. I don't like any of the other GH's though. And I can't stand the guitars. The RB guitars are better in my opinion. But that's only because I have little hands and I can use the smaller buttons :]

Ugh RB guitars annoy me...
GH's have way better response.

Awesome! I'll start posting stuff mid-June. I'm still regaining my skill >.< Not playing for six months has its toll. RB sucks for guitar. RB has better drums and vocals. GH has the guitar solos (which I'm a guitar player and very interested). These band songs have shuntered GH plarability for guitar....GH3 is my favourite as DWDTG is one hell of a song and TTFATF is kick ass. Yeah, you can transfer/download them on the next series but you have to spend 40-60 bucks for it. And go through the pain and do it. I wish I had the PC version and just make my own charts...

Lots of dissing on RB. I hate guitar hero the guitars actually respond less (from what I've experienced) and the buttons are impossible to press down on. Also, it's harder to hit the extremely fast solos if you want to just slide your fingers back and forth between the buttons.

After June 17th I won't have anything so it kinda sucks. I'm moving out and I have to leave it all behind D: oh well.

I know it costs like 550 Wii Points to get around 50 WT songs to GH5 and that's all of $5.

Anyways, I saw the trailer for GH6. The idea is funky but holy crap I'm excited XD.

PS. GH5 is the best installment. Period.

This morning I got 647k on TTFaF. Was stoked.

I did 22 goods on over the frail dream lololol. No but seriously, I kinda suck at guitar hero.
